Greylock Insurance Agency (GIA), along with the Arbella Insurance Foundation, donated $2,250 to Berkshire Agricultural Ventures (BAV) as part of Arbella’s Let’s Drive Out Hunger program. The program aims to alleviate food insecurity in New England. Since it was started 15 years ago, Arbella and its independent agents have contributed more than $1.6 million to hundreds of food programs throughout New England.

Greylock Federal Credit Union and Greylock Insurance Agency have established $16.50 per hour as their corporate minimum wage. Additionally, they have adjusted the salaries of all employees making less than $20.00 per hour.

Greylock Insurance Agency is pleased to announce that Dawn Espinola has earned the designation Certified Professional in Personal Lines (CPPL) from the Massachusetts Association of Insurance Agents.

New rules are going into effect 9/1/2018 regarding commercial vehicle markings. The official name for the updated rule is “MA State Markings Regulation 540 CMR 2:22.” The new rule affects all “heavy duty” commercial vehicles traveling on Massachusetts’ roads. Previously, only those vehicles traveling across state lines were required to display certain information. Greylock Insurance Agency, a subsidiary of Greylock Federal Credit Union, held a grand opening event and ribbon cutting to celebrate the official opening of their new office in Westfield, MA on June 29th. The festivities took place at 30 Court St, in downtown Westfield (the former location of the Sullivan Insurance Agency). The event was attended by local dignitaries, business leaders and people from the Westfield community who met the Greylock Insurance Agency Westfield team and enjoyed refreshments and a raffle.
